Please read this disclaimer carefully before participating in our site, food, and wine tour. By purchasing a North Fork Sights, Bites & Flights tour package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Health and Safety Our tour involves visits to various establishments, including restaurants, wineries, and occasionally farms. While we prioritize your safety and enjoyment, you are responsible for your own health and safety during the tour. Please follow the instructions provided by your tour guide and exercise caution when consuming food and beverages.
    

2. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions Notify us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before the tour begins. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but we cannot guarantee that all visited establishments will offer specific options. It is your responsibility to make informed choices regarding food and beverage consumption.
    

3. Legal Drinking Age Our tour may include wine tasting at wineries. Participants must be of legal drinking age to consume alcohol. We reserve the right to request identification to verify age. Anyone who is underage will not be allowed to participate in wine-related activities.
    

4. Personal Belongings You are responsible for your personal belongings during the tour. Keep valuables secure and avoid leaving them unattended. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property during the tour.

   • Changes and Cancellations We strive to follow the tour itinerary, but unforeseen circumstances may require modifications or cancellations of certain activities or venues. We reserve the right to make changes as needed and will offer reasonable alternatives whenever possible.  Should you, the participant need to cancel the following will apply:

     • 48-hour cancellation window: 50% refund

     • 24-hour cancellation window: 25% refund

     • Day-of cancellation: No refund
        

5. Liability By participating in our tour, you agree to release and hold harmless the tour guide, tour operator, and associated personnel from any liability, claims, damages, or expenses arising from personal injury, illness, property damage, or any other incidents that may occur during the tour.
    

6. Personal Conduct Participants are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately throughout the tour. Disruptive behavior, excessive intoxication, or failure to follow the tour guide’s instructions may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
    

7. Photography and Media Photographs or videos may be taken during the tour for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant us the right to use such media without compensation or further notification.
   
   Additional Information:

   • Individual retail purchases are not included in the NFSBF package pricing.

   • A $750 cleaning fee will apply for any vehicle services that required rendering after the tour.

Pickup points West and South of Riverhead, NY (NY Rt. #105 border) are subject to a $3.00 per mile fee.
