Full day tour that allows for an engagement proposal and/or surprise with the option of having family in tow or to join post engagement. Starting at $2,950 for 2 people (Tour and photography included). The package is in partnership with Heritage House Photography. -Rates vary based on group size (2–10 participants), with lower per-person pricing available as participants increase. Same applies for post-engagement /pre-wedding photography All-Inclusive Full-Day Tour Highlights Includes private transportation with an expert guide who shares insider knowledge and highlights must-experience moments listed below. We pick up and drop-off from all locations east of Islip Airport (ISP) and the Ronkonkoma train station. Full-Day Experience (5) • A full day of tour activities, including winery visit, small plates, chocolate tasting, flower farm, and sunset moments Signature Proposal Experience (1) • A 2-hour personalized session during the latter part of your tour • Video capture of your proposal (when circumstances allow) Seamless Planning & Coordination • Full coordination of your experience • Ongoing consultations as needed Photography & Keepsakes • Professionally retouched images • Short engagement session following the proposal • Family portraits (if they join in your tour) • 8x8 keepsake album with 20 pages Share the Moment • Option to include witnesses, family, or friends (group size of 3–8 added guests) * Overall 10-person maximum capacity per tour ** Rain (rescheduled based upon date availability) *** The tour is not suitable for guests with disabilities

By participating, you agree to these terms: Health & Safety: Our tours include visits to restaurants, wineries, and sometimes farms. While we prioritize safety, participants are responsible for their health and safety. Follow your guide’s instructions and exercise caution. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions: Please inform us of any allergies in advance. We’ll try to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee allergen-free options at all venues. Participants are responsible for monitoring their food choices. Legal Drinking Age: Participants must be 21+ to consume alcohol. Valid ID is required for wine tastings. Underage guests can join non-alcoholic activities. Personal Belongings: You are responsible for personal items during the tour. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft. Changes & Cancellations: The itinerary may change due to unforeseen events. We’ll offer alternatives whenever possible. Refund Policy: 48-hour notice: 50% refund; 24-hour notice: 25% refund; day-of: no refund. Liability Waiver: By participating, you release us from liability for any personal injury, illness, or property damage that may occur. Conduct: Participants are expected to behave respectfully. Disruptive or excessive intoxication may result in removal without a refund. Photography & Media: We may take photos for promotional use. By joining, you grant us media rights. Let us know if you’d prefer not to be photographed. Additional Info: -Retail purchases during the tour aren’t included in the package. -A $750 cleaning fee applies for necessary vehicle services. -Pickup locations west or south of Riverhead, NY, incur a $3/mile fee.
