By participating, you agree to these terms: Health & Safety: Our tours include visits to restaurants, wineries, and sometimes farms. While we prioritize safety, participants are responsible for their health and safety. Follow your guide’s instructions and exercise caution. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions: Please inform us of any allergies in advance. We’ll try to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee allergen-free options at all venues. Participants are responsible for monitoring their food choices. Legal Drinking Age: Participants must be 21+ to consume alcohol. Valid ID is required for wine tastings. Underage guests can join non-alcoholic activities. Personal Belongings: You are responsible for personal items during the tour. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft. Changes & Cancellations: The itinerary may change due to unforeseen events. We’ll offer alternatives whenever possible. Refund Policy: 48-hour notice: 50% refund; 24-hour notice: 25% refund; day-of: no refund. Liability Waiver: By participating, you release us from liability for any personal injury, illness, or property damage that may occur. Conduct: Participants are expected to behave respectfully. Disruptive or excessive intoxication may result in removal without a refund. Photography & Media: We may take photos for promotional use. By joining, you grant us media rights. Additional Info: -Retail purchases during the tour aren’t included in the package. -A $750 cleaning fee applies for necessary vehicle services. -Pickup locations west or south of Riverhead, NY, incur a $3/mile fee.
